I am sorry! That hurts! Make sure you tell him 'no' when he bites, but don't make a huge deal about it or he might bite just to see your reaction. He is probably just getting used to his new teeth (they are really cute!) and once he knows it is not okay or that the food gets taken away when he bites, he will stop. Good luck!!
