BRENNA'S BIRTHDAY!!!

This morning I called a flower shop to send Brenna some flowers and
they didn't call until 1:40 to tell me that the flowers would be there at like
2:40 so luckily they got there right before I got home so it worked out ok.

Well Brenna gets money from her parents every year and amazingly
instead of putting it in our account like she always does she used it to get
herself this sweet pair of shoes so I'm glad she thought to get herself
something instead of our bank account.
This is fat me and tiny little BEAUTIFUL Brenna right before we
went to her birthday dinner at a mexican place which was really good!
Brenna decided she would live it up tonight with all of her birthday
checks so I am pretty convinced that she is only with me because of her
obsession with money and I'm pretty loaded so it all worked itself out.

Well today was Brenna's birthday and because it is her birthday I have to blog and if you knew me you would know it's a pretty big sacrifice for me to blog because i am so against blogging and i don't like it one bit. Well for Brenna's birthday i got her a pair of Britney Spears tickets because for some odd reason Brenna is obsessed with Britney Spears.

BRITSHIZZLE

I love Britney Spears (embarrassing? Yeah, a little). Charlie and I danced to her jams all morning while cleaning up.

Speaking of Ms. Spears, JP got me her concert tickets for Christmas! It's not until April 14th, but I am gearing up, learning all the words to her new CD etc. And best of all...JP is going with me! He says it's a huge favor but he has confided to me that he actually really is excited (maybe because the Pussycat Dolls are the opening act? hmmm).




Charlie often cries when we try to put his arms through his sleeves to get dressed. I was telling JP the other day to sing to charlie while dressing him so he would stay distracted. What song does JP choose to sooth our little baby? WOMANIZER. Good choice :)

HALF A YEAR

I'm sure everyone has read at least a dozen posts about Christmas/New Years so I'll skip it. You're welcome :) AND move on to something much more exciting!

Charlie is 6 months old in a few days so we did the whole doctor thing today.

Then...




Now...
Charlie is a little more fussy, a little bigger, a little more slobbery, and a lot more FUN

He weighs 17 lbs (50th percentile) and measures 27 inches long (90th percentile).
This proves that he is not as fat as everyone thinks (curse those sweet, chubby cheeks). Tall maybe, but his weight is totally normal.
