IM NOT A RING (OR ANY JEWELERY) PERSON BUT....

After about the 50th time dropping my ring, one of the small diamonds popped out and was no where to be found. I took it in to get replaced at Cassar jewelers in Ogden where we originally purchased the ring. Because we live in Orem, I wasn't able to pick it up right away and was without it for over a month. After getting hit on left and right because my left ring finger was bare, I was finally able to head north and pick it up. **Yeah, that actually didn't happen even once-I think I've let myself go... :(

When I got the ring back it was cleaned to perfection and the diamond replaced. Being without it for so long made me realize how much I love it (the picture doesn't do it justice).

~A little history behind the ring~
The two diamond bands on each side are actaully a promise ring JP gave me when we were dating in 2006 (I know, I know very sappy and cliche). He bought it while on a trip to New York City and didnt eat for the last two days of the vacation bec
ause he used all his money. ALL FOR LOVE!! They split the promise ring down the middle and used it as my wedding band on either side.

Jp and I after he gave me the promise ring-March 2006 [He looks so young :)!!]

Your ring is very pretty! You might want to go get it looked at at a different jewler though. My ring was bought from Casar in Ogden also. After we had it cleaned we noticed the dimond got dull real quick. Come to find out it wasn't the same dimond is was replace and to boot with a smaller one. I knew so much more about diamonds and clerity when I went and got a new ring. Anyway just becarful with Casar I've hear alot of bad things about them.

There wasn't a whole lot we could do, we had no way to prove it. We didn't have our papers anymore. I ended up losing that ring down the sink and had to get a new one anyway! I love my new one and I've had it checked out just to make sure everything was right and it was. I knew so much more about diamonds when we got my new ring.
